Hey, I’m Jessi! Welcome to my page. I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years and while it has always given me joy to be a coach, it wasn’t until I suffered a personal trauma that I connected all the dots of health. Yes, it’s important to eat well and move more but what is equally important is listening to your body and practicing self care. I help women who have survived trauma develop healthy routines and self-care practices, so they can go from ‘just surviving’ to truly thriving. I do that by providing compassionate fitness and nutrition coaching.
